Hitron Systems has expanded its business area to the public sector by participating in the Seoul Metro's smart control system construction project. On the 26th, Hitron Systems announced through a public notice on the 25th that it had signed a video surveillance equipment supply contract with Seoul Metro for the 'Seoul Subway Smart Control Communication System Manufacturing, Purchase, and Installation Project'. This project is being carried out to spatially and functionally integrate the 1st Control (Lines 1-4), 2nd Control (Lines 5-8), and 9th Line control systems currently installed and operated within Seoul Metro, while also building an optimal control system through facility improvement and performance enhancement. Hitron Systems has formed a consortium with KT, Techville, Nambu Solutions, etc. to participate in this project. The total contract size between Seoul Metro and the consortium is approximately 56 billion won. Haitron Systems' stake is approximately 4.9%, and the contract amount is approximately 2.7 billion won. |
